This site is desirably located for commercial purposes on an exceedingly busy high street 500 metres from a Tesco Extra Supermarket and many other commercial outlets.

It’s also poised directly adjacent to public rail transport destined directly into London Liverpool St. Station.

The first phase of this development involved a complete demolishing of an existing smaller structure that was undertaken without any local problems nor interjections.

The second phase was to build to our own precise specification 2 ground floor commercial units along with 20 residences above.

This site has been proudly retained within our portfolio since completion in 2005, and will soon be revisited for further development outward and upward into a hotel.
